In 2018, Big Red had an eventful year, achieving new records and participating in notable speed events. At the Arkansas 1-Mile Challenge, Big Red shattered the old class record with a top speed of 240.5 MPH. Later in the year, during the Bonneville Salt Flats event, the car continued its impressive performance, setting records and capturing significant media attention for its speed and historic impact on racing.
